Far East Consortium International Limited holds Kosmopolito Hotels International Limited ("KHI") (HKSE: 2266), a company publicly listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in October 2010.
With strong commitment to strategic growth, KHI currently operates 17 hotels with 7 new hotels in the pipeline, making up a total of more than 7,000 rooms. KHI will leverage its success and seek opportunities to extend its hotel management service to hotel owners and developers. In addition to developing, owning and operating hotels, KHI is also involved in third-party hotel management.
KHI is Asia-based with hotels located in major cities throughout the region, including in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Wuhan, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Johor Bahru. An additional 6 new hotels are being built around the region including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Zhongshan and Chengdu, as well as in London, KHI's first hotel property in the United Kingdom.

We are a leading car park operator in Asia Pacific region with over 250 car parks comprising 46,000 Parking Bays under our management.
Our principal operation includes third party car parks management as well as operating self owned car parks. We have presence in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
