See Corporation Limited ("See Corporation" or "Group") was previously known as Ruili Holdings Limited (HKEx Stock Code: 0491). It was renamed See Corporation Limited to reflect its proactive approach in developing its Show business which offers great Entertainment and Enjoyment to the public through its multi-media networks.
At the moment, See Corporation's business mainly includes: See People Limited, See Music Limited, See Movie Limited, See Entertainment Limited, TVB PAY VISION (previously operated by Galaxy Satellite Broadcasting Limited), Snazz Entertainment Group Limited, Mega-Vision Productions Limited, Icon International Model Management Limited (previously known as Look Models Hong Kong Limited) and Talent Bang Limited. Each of these nice trans-media companies has its own unique strength and expertise, and when they are collaborating with each other, synergy is achieved.
See People Limited, See Music Limited, See Movie Limited and See Entertainment Limited were all founded in March 2004. They were the earliest flagship operations of See Corporation and became a milestone in the development of the Group's entertainment business. Afterwards, the Group's influence in the industry was further strengthened with the incorporation of Icon International Model Management Limited and Talent Bang Limited. In August 2005, the Group expanded again through the acquisition of TVB PAY VISION. With the assistance of its strategic partner Television Broadcasts Limited, See Corporation is making TVB PAY VISION one of the market leaders in the pay-TV industry.
Taking yet another key step towards fulfilling an integrated cross-media strategy, See Corporation established the Snazz Entertainment Group Limited and Mega-Vision Productions Limited in 2005. This move has allowed the group to achieve diversification in various aspects including content production, distribution and talent content production, distribution and talent management, etc.
Besides developing and exploring new ground in the entertainment business in Hong Kong, See Corporation, with its ample resources and extensive connections, also searches for opportunities to collaborate with talents from other Asian territories such as Mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Singapore, in order to create high-quality productions with the greatest profitability and distinct Asian characteristics.
