The Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Exchange") wish to announce that, following requests from market practitioners, the consultation period for the Code of Conduct for Corporate Finance Advisers and the new Chapter 3A will be extended from 31 May, 2000 to 30 June, 2000.
Copies of the consultation papers are available from the respective offices of the SFC and the Exchange. The consultation papers are also available for downloading from the respective websites: http://www.hksfc.org.hk and http://www.sehk.com.hk.
