The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 270 C.A. Pacific Securities claimants, to 149 Forluxe Securities claimants and to 165 Chark Fung Securities claimants on August 31. A majority of the claims were successful.
This brings to 3,073 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities, 403 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Forluxe Securities, and 459 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Chark Fung Securities claimants.
Copies of the determination notice were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission for payment to the claimants.
