The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 189 C.A. Pacific Securities, 7 Forluxe Securities, and 100 Chark Fung Securities claimants on October 29.
Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants. A large majority of the claims were successful.
This brings to 3,485 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities, 427 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Forluxe Securities, and 643 the total number of determination notices issued to Chark Fung Securities.
