Compensation for C.A. Pacific Securities, Forluxe Securities

and Chark Fung Securities Claimants

 

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 248 C.A. Pacific Securities, 10 Forluxe Securities, and 303 Chark Fung Securities claimants on November 30.

 

Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants. A majority of the claims were successful.

 

This brings to 3,733 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities, 437 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Forluxe Securities, and 946 the total number of determination notices issued to Chark Fung Securities.
