The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 211 C.A. Pacific Securities, one Forluxe Securities, and 293 Chark Fung Securities claimants on December 23, 1999.
Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants. A majority of the claims were successful.
This brings to 3,944 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities and 1,239 the total number of determination notices issued to Chark Fung Securities. For Forluxe Securities, all the determination notices for the 438 claims were issued.
